After spending several months being in a wonderful relationship with your boyfriend, your man suddenly turns the table against you and dumped you without any explanation at all.
Your life has flipped itself upside down, and all of your worst fears of being abandoned seems to haunt you every night.
Right now, you can’t focus properly at work, or during classes, and no matter how much activities you take part in to block out the pain nothing seems to fill the hole that has been punctured deep into your heart.
I know that you would give anything to get your ex boyfriend back into your life, or even to have one last conversation with him, in order to discuss why you two broke up in the first place, but it seems the more you reach out to him the more he resists you and pushes away.
There are things that you should do within the first few days after a break up, and there are also some important things that you should avoid doing in this particular time frame also. Because if you ever want him to come back into your life, you got to make him fall in love with you once more.
The big thing is to think about what it was that caused your ex to walk out on you. If your ex left after a major argument that you had, then the best things is to just leave him alone to allow him time to resolve his problems and to forgive you.
If it was something that you did that caused the argument, then, whatever it is should be fixed as soon as possible. If you said or did something that was bad enough to make your ex walk out on you.
Then send him a message immediately, and apologize profusely for causing so much hut and anger. Then leave it at that. This is a way to get your ex back, but he needs time to think things over first.
What you definitely shouldn’t do right now though, is to try and contact your ex to talk about the break up. After a little while all the bad feelings will have disappeared, and it will make your ex a lot more approachable.
This is when you can talk to your ex about what happened and try to get your ex back. You and your ex boyfriend need time to get over the anger you are feeling right now, so that when you meet, there are really no more hard feelings.
When you do meet, just keep the discussion friendly and casual, and there is a very good chance that you and your ex will get back together again, sooner or later.
