You’re hurting so badly right now, I can tell.
I know what it was like to lose someone that you truly cared for, to fall head over heals in love only to have your heart crushed when it’s all said and done.
You honestly loved him, and felt loved by him, and from the endless joys of your heart you sacrificed everything or removed anyone that would try to separate you from your true love.
Yet despite all of your efforts he still walks away; showing no compassion, feeling no remorse for his actions, and for the devastation he’s brought upon your life.
A strange sense of being emotionally abandoned and humiliated encompass you. Right now it’s so painful to accept the fact that maybe your close friends were right about him, and in trying to help you see things through their eyes.
Love is blind, but yet if it wasn’t meant to be, how could those moments you two shared together be for nothing? He confided in you, and told you each night that you were his one and only.
The nights of passion were strong; there is no mistake in your mind that the two of you were in love.
You never wanted him to leave you, why couldn’t you guys just work things out? Why did he turn his back to you, he didn’t even want to hear what you had to say.
You’re lost for words, your perception of love and how it can hurt you, becomes a revelation so severe that you’ll never forget it’s painful nature.
Each night you have to cry yourself to sleep, although the memories of the two of you are still fresh in your head, and despite the amount of apologies you’ve left him, weeks go by without any response.
You desperately want him back in your life, your heart yearns to feel his body and lips close to yours.
The pain becomes like an incurable disease, and no matter how much things you do to block out your suffering, your true feelings always have a way of getting itself out when you’re in the company of friends.
Do you remember what it was like to laugh again? Can you recall the burning desire in your chest whenever he smiled at you, and told you while gazing in your eyes that we’ll always be together?
Those words cut deep into your soul, you believed him and despite what he’s done to you all you really want is to have in back in your life.
You want to tell him how much you missed hearing his voice, you want to hold his hands again as the two always did when out on a stroll, you want to sings your favorite love songs with him again.
All in all you just want to make things right again, and win back his love this time around for sure.
People may never understand why you do the things you are willing to do for love, but if they only knew the bond you shared with him then maybe, just maybe they’ll continue to support you as you strive for a second chance with the one guy you truly loved.
